What types of hair services do you offer?
We offer a full range of hair services including braids, knotless braids, ombre coloured extensions, and other trending styles. Our team keeps up with current hair trends so you can get exactly the look you’re dreaming of.
How long will my appointment take?
The duration depends on the service you choose. For example:
Braiding (box braids / knotless braids): typically 2–4 hours
Colour/ombre extensions: 3–5 hours
We recommend planning extra time if you want a new style from scratch, so you don’t feel rushed.
What should I do to prepare for my appointment and aftercare?
Before your visit:
Arrive with clean, detangled hair (unless otherwise instructed).
Bring inspo photos if you have a specific style in mind.
Communicate any hair history (e.g., recently bleached, damaged) so we can plan accordingly.
Aftercare:
Keep your scalp clean and moisturised.
Use a silk/satin pillowcase or wrap your hair to protect styles overnight.
For braided styles or extensions, avoid heavy product buildup and excessive tension to maintain scalp health.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand things come up — just please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client and helps our team stay on schedule. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
